個人簡介：

崔社強，博士，教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，國家海外引進高層次青年人才（中組部海外人才計劃），山東大學杰出中青年學者。

主要從事非飽和土力學和多場耦合條件下巖土結(jié)構(gòu)災(zāi)變演化機理與防控技術(shù)研究。在非飽和土熱-水力多場耦合機理及本構(gòu)模型、地熱能源結(jié)構(gòu)（能源樁、能源隧道等）熱水力特性響應(yīng)機制與評估方法等方面取得了創(chuàng)新成果。共發(fā)表SCI/EI期刊論文30余篇，其中以第一作者在巖土工程領(lǐng)域三大國際頂刊《Géotechnique》、《Journal of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering (ASCE)》、《Canadian Geotechnical Journal》以及《Computers and Geotechnics》等權(quán)威期刊上發(fā)表十余篇。同時，擔任Journal of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering (ASCE)、Canadian Geotechnical Journal以及Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering等十余個巖土工程領(lǐng)域國際權(quán)威SCI期刊的通訊審稿專家。

榮獲香港工程師學會（HKIE）頒發(fā)的2023-2024年度香港工程師學會余錫萬優(yōu)秀博士論文獎（HKIE Ringo Yu Prize for Best PhD Thesis in Geotechnical Studies），該獎項表彰香港巖土工程領(lǐng)域年度最佳博士論文。主持或參與國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發(fā)計劃以及香港研資局重大專項等項目。
