毛德強(qiáng),山東大學(xué)土建與水利學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。2012年5月畢業(yè)于美國亞利桑那大學(xué)獲得水文學(xué)博士學(xué)位。現(xiàn)任土建與水利學(xué)院副院長、山東大學(xué)僑界聯(lián)合會秘書長、水利工程系主任、中國水利學(xué)會地下水科學(xué)與工程分會委員,亞洲地球科學(xué)協(xié)會(AOGS)地學(xué)分會秘書。獲中組部特聘青年專家,山東大學(xué)齊魯青年學(xué)者。
主要從事水文地球物理等方面教學(xué)與科研工作,主持相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國家級、省部級、工程科研項(xiàng)目20余項(xiàng),包括國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃(國合專項(xiàng))項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目子課題2項(xiàng),國家自然科學(xué)基金中組部特聘專家“青年項(xiàng)目”1項(xiàng)、面上項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)等。在地學(xué)環(huán)境領(lǐng)域TOP期刊WWR、EST、WM等國際高水平期刊發(fā)表論文51篇(第一和通訊作者論文23篇),授權(quán)發(fā)明專利、軟著35項(xiàng),應(yīng)邀作國際和國內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)會議特邀報(bào)告10余次。
針對場地污染精準(zhǔn)刻畫提出基于激發(fā)極化多源數(shù)據(jù)融合的地下水污染地球物理刻畫與監(jiān)測關(guān)鍵技術(shù),成功應(yīng)用于北京、天津、上海11個(gè)省市20余個(gè)污染場地,探測深度提升一倍,空間分辨率達(dá)分米級,監(jiān)測成本降低40%,成果獲2023年山東省環(huán)境技術(shù)進(jìn)步一等獎。堅(jiān)持以德樹人、為國育才的教育理念,以“重點(diǎn)平臺+科研項(xiàng)目+大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新”的教學(xué)模式,獲2023年山東大學(xué)優(yōu)秀教學(xué)案例。培養(yǎng)研究生十余名,并指導(dǎo)學(xué)生獲“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”雙創(chuàng)大賽省金獎、銀獎各一項(xiàng)。
