個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介：

崔社強(qiáng)，博士，教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，國(guó)家海外引進(jìn)高層次青年人才（中組部海外人才計(jì)劃），山東大學(xué)杰出中青年學(xué)者。

主要從事非飽和土力學(xué)和多場(chǎng)耦合條件下巖土結(jié)構(gòu)災(zāi)變演化機(jī)理與防控技術(shù)研究。在非飽和土熱-水力多場(chǎng)耦合機(jī)理及本構(gòu)模型、地?zé)崮茉唇Y(jié)構(gòu)（能源樁、能源隧道等）熱水力特性響應(yīng)機(jī)制與評(píng)估方法等方面取得了創(chuàng)新成果。共發(fā)表SCI/EI期刊論文30余篇，其中以第一作者在巖土工程領(lǐng)域三大國(guó)際頂刊《Géotechnique》、《Journal of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering (ASCE)》、《Canadian Geotechnical Journal》以及《Computers and Geotechnics》等權(quán)威期刊上發(fā)表十余篇。同時(shí)，擔(dān)任Journal of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering (ASCE)、Canadian Geotechnical Journal以及Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering等十余個(gè)巖土工程領(lǐng)域國(guó)際權(quán)威SCI期刊的通訊審稿專家。

榮獲香港工程師學(xué)會(huì)（HKIE）頒發(fā)的2023-2024年度香港工程師學(xué)會(huì)余錫萬(wàn)優(yōu)秀博士論文獎(jiǎng)（HKIE Ringo Yu Prize for Best PhD Thesis in Geotechnical Studies），該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)表彰香港巖土工程領(lǐng)域年度最佳博士論文。主持或參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃以及香港研資局重大專項(xiàng)等項(xiàng)目。
